Megaforce
Group System Certification Status
Since its founding in 1991, Megaforce Group
has made the achievement of superior product
quality an inviolable principle. Beginning
in 2007, We phased in group system certification
and obtained ISO9001:2008, ISO14001:2004,
ISO/TS16949:2009,and QC080000:2005 certifications
for its product quality,environmental and
hazardous substance process management systems.
We have integrated all sites management
system in 2008. Megaforce Group's hope is
that through continual improvement of its
product quality management systems it can
not only meet but exceed customer requirements
and thereby achieve ever higher levels of
customer satisfaction.
Modern quality management mechanisms have
already broadened in their scope from being
focused on product, production, and design
quality management to take in management
of system quality, business process quality,
and work habits quality. Megaforce Group
has accepted the challenge of the total
quality concept. Implementing and adhering
to APQP/PPAP/FMEA/SPC/MSA management protocols,
Megaforce is actively involved in product
design efforts to reduce costs and increase
competitiveness.
In the plastic injection mold area, a material's
physical properties determine the subsequent
production process planning and product
quality achieved. With this in mind, Megaforce
Group established a polymers laboratory
in Shanghai in 2002. At present, this laboratory
provides functions such as materials analysis
and recommendations for improvements. Also,
there are several papers have been published
in professional journals, including China
Plastics Industry, China Elastomerics, Chemical
Analysis and Meterage etc. Polymers laboratory
passed ISO17025:2005 certification to get
CNAS in July, 2008,and further extended
certification items (PBBs&PBDEs) on
Nov 26, 2009, signaling its advance in core
technological capabilities.
Looking to the future, Megaforce Group
will use the TQM framework to continue introducing
even more sophisticated management systems
and quality assurance technologies, moving
toward eventual implementation of 6£mquality
standards. These efforts are focused on
achieving Megaforce's ultimate aim of being
among the ranks of truly world-class OEM
vendors.
