The CEO Mr. WL_XU was graduated from the mechanical engineering department of Lunghwa University. He was the vice factory manager in Taiwan Megagorce company and was the chairman of the Scientific Electronic company. With his years of experience in the precision manufactured area and management experience, he founded Megaforce Company Limited in 1991. Megaforce grew up step by step to become a transregional, transdisciplinary and all-rounded company which could provide well production and well service He is responsible for setting the Group's business strategy and objectives, formulating the operational plan and annual budget and supervising the execution progression of the business objectives and business plans of relative departments

Responsible for Group environmental sustainability, quality assurance system, deal with Group supply chain affairs, integrate asset management system and ERP system, ensure labor, human right policies, human resources operation process and management system, plan and execute social engagement, administrative, general affairs, service and other work, and plan and execute legal and intellectual property affairs.

Responsible for planning and deploying new business development, executing sales and production to achieve operational goals, and formulating short-, mid-, and long-term development strategies in alignment with the group's strategic direction. Additionally, oversee AI business strategies, integrate market insights, expand distribution channels, and provide comprehensive domestic and international services.

Responsible for financial and management reporting, group accounting and tax planning, shareholder services, banking operations, and financing planning and execution.

Responsible for safeguarding shareholder rights, enhancing board functions, and implementing corporate governance measures.

Integrate the Group's operations in Shanghai and Suzhou(Mainland China) and Ipoh(Malaysia), establish diversity to enhance competitiveness and execute sales and production plans to achieve Group's operational goals of each unit. Plan and implement the short-, medium- and long-term development strategies of each unit according to the Group's strategy.

Integrate the Group's operations in Dongguan(Mainland China),Chiayi(Taiwan) and Rayong(Thailand), establish diversity to enhance competitiveness and execute sales and production plans to achieve Group's operational goals of each unit. Plan and implement the short-, medium- and long-term development strategies of each unit according to the Group's strategy.

Plan the Medtech business's developmental direction and strategy, collect the market information of this area, create our own path for this business and provide the best integrated service of the medical device to the local or foreign customer. Unify the North America's areas and create our own differentiation in order to increase our competitiveness and based on the corporation's operational objective, we plan and execute the plan of marketing, sales and production to achieve our operational goal
