The precision of mold determines the quality of the product. After years of mold design standardization, we have made specific achievements in the applications of fully 3D mold design and provided the services of more cost- and time-efficient tooling manufacturing, which helps the clients react fast to market dynamics and streamline their supply chains with parts on demand.

Molding Capability

Megaforce serves the market through the injection molding of various precision plastic components. Therefore, we keep developing the high-end molding technologies to offer more possibilities such as either the mass production of single liquid silicone rubber molding, or the further LSR technologies in terms of double injection, metal insert mold, and over molding.
We aim to not only provide different products for clients and better strategic alignments, but a more complete manufacturing solution.

Material technology

Megaforce proactively invests in research and development to focus on the applications of materials and the techniques of manufacturing process, which involves the areas of surface texture, material combination, heat conduction technology, etc. With the increasingly diversified product applications, we expand our technical fields to the combinations of various materials to help clients develop more and more potential possibilities.

Polymer Laboratory

The polymer laboratory, established in 2002, is equipped with advanced precision instruments such as GC-MS, ICP, DSC, and SEM. With comprehensive laboratory management and continuous improvement of testing capabilities, it has built a complete and effective management system. In 2007, it passed the management system in conformation to CNAS (ISO 17025) testing and calibration laboratory capability accreditation guidelines.
